Excellent Service

The tour guide driver and photographer were great and attentive. However the aftersale service was bad. We paid 3.9mil for the whole trip for 2 person with photography service provide, but we have to keep chasing them for the videos and photos and in the end the upload quality was poor and they did not respond to my message or intend to improve it. This is such a scam and we purposely paid this price to record a good memory but in the end we did not receive the quality photos or videos .

Having fun

We relied on the agency to organize a four-day tour of Sumbawa Island. Fantastic experience that will remain forever in our hearts. I would say everything perfect! Our guide, was rather a traveling companion, always kind, attentive and helpful. Professionalism and expertise made us love this wonderful island.

My partner and I had a really great time doing the 3D, 2N package to tour Moyo Island and dive with whale sharks. our guide was so kind and professional and efficient - we felt we were in very good hands! He was very on time and took us to amazing lunch/dinner spots.
